By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Teadiqol provides an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform that includes features such as contact management, pipeline tracking, automation, AI analytics, omnichannel communication, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

Some Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by Teadiqol and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as described herein.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Services. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEADIQOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teadiqol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we will delete or return your Customer Data according to our data retention policy and your instructions, subject to legal requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
